A flaming wheelchair. A principal’s brand-new car. And one unforgettable exit. Sixteen-year-old twins Lennon and Lola Anderson are forced to leave behind the only life they’ve ever known after the death of their mother. Along with their father, Mel, they move to Halfway Bay, the picturesque coastal town where their mother grew up, hoping for a fresh start. But none of them are quite ready for what comes next. Meanwhile, Lola discovers an unexpected passion for dance, while Mel begins rebuilding more than just an old seaplane.
