
Merik Tadros
Merik Tadros (born Maher Issa Tadros, 15 April 1983 in Chicago, Illinois) – American actor, producer, and director of Jordanian descent, raised by Jordanian immigrant parents. A conference champion wrestler at Marist High School, he studied Theatre Arts and Cinema at the University of Iowa before training at The Groundlings and the Stella Adler Academy of Acting in Hollywood. His most notable film roles include Tony "the Cowboy" in Munich (2005, Steven Spielberg), a Reporter in The Kingdom (2007), Nabi in Postal (2007), Farid Baraheri in Crossing Over (2009, opposite Harrison Ford), and Simon in Full of Grace (2015). He also served as a stunt player on The Men Who Stare at Goats (2009). On television he is best known for Officer Michael Rivkin in NCIS (2008–2009, 7 episodes), Jamal Nasawa in 24 (2007), Abu Nafi in CSI: Miami (2006), and Salaam in The Blacklist (2017). He also wrote, directed, produced, and edited his first short film The Bardo (2007), which premiered at the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival.
