Trần Tấn Hậu (2 July 1933 - 28 November 1992), best known by his stage name Y Vân, was a Vietnamese composer, songwriter and musician. Rising to prominence in the late 1950s with disco-influenced tracks and slow rock ballads, he was a pivotal figure in shaping the sounds of modern Vietnamese light pop music and the flourishing pop culture of South Vietnam. He passed away at the age of 60, and in 2025 became the subject of his grandaughter Khoa Ha's documentary "Y Van: The Lost Sounds of Saigon".
