My Fucking Problem

For Anne penetration has been both painful and impossible for the last ten years. She does make love with her boyfriend, but he's never been able to enter her. She's tried different therapies, but to no avail. Still, she wants to be able to. Where does vaginism come from? Can one have a happy sexlife without penetration?
