Die in Motion: A 100 Mile Journey

Don’t Die in the Chair

A meditative exploration of endurance, purpose, and the human spirit. Set within the unforgiving structure of the Last Man Standing ultramarathon at Pineland Farms, Maine—where 171 runners begin a grueling 4.2-mile loop every hour, on the hour—this story follows one runner’s pursuit of 100 miles. As the field steadily thins and the night stretches on, the challenge becomes more than physical; it turns inward, revealing a deeply personal battle against doubt, time, and self.
