The cinema of our childhood

Nostalgic memories of post-war cinema. Queues to cinemas, icy halls and the mesmerising magic of the screen... Boys and girls of the late 1940s, they watched their favourite films many times, they collected photos of their idols, they wanted so much to resemble their favourite heroes.
